FOUNDER’S MESSAGE

Welcome to New Responders.

I’m Dan Salomons. During my time as a Police Officer in the Greater Toronto Area I was successful in the application and interview process many times. I was hired initially and then went on to apply and work within several bureaus including Field Training Officer, Neighbourhood Police Unit, Bike Patrol Officer, Criminal Investigation Bureau, Break and Enter Unit and Homicide.

After 18 years of combined experience my wife and I retired from Policing to pursue different business ventures. Leadership and resiliency, coupled with our whole life experience is what we have always brought to our career and it’s what we bring to our clients and partners at New Responders.

We encourage people who have these life experiences to come forward and pursue careers in Policing.
